Spray Pump UK's Mobile Spray Foam Rig is the best spray rig available for residential and commercial applications. The Graco A25 Reactor is a high-quality spray foam machine capable of spraying open & closed cell foam.

The ideal Setup will be in an LWB H2 vehicle, or even a Trailer. There is plenty of room to carry up to four drums and enough space to store ladders and and tools. Supplied using the Graco A25 Reactor, this turnkey package allows you to spray up to 11.4Kg per minute of material output and up to 210ft  of hose length, providing superior performance, control, and accuracy. This fully mobile spray rig is setup to spray open and closed cell spray foams. The equipment is Powered by an 13KvA Petrol Or Diesel Generator and 11HP Petrol or Diesel Compressor.

Included in mosts setups is the new for 2022 Temperature display kit, Powered by your machine the digital colour coded display will give you a true inbound reading of your chemical giving your optimum performance and better yield.

 

The Air System includes Graco T3 Transfer Pumps and a refrigerated air dryer. The is the perfect insulation rig choice for residential and commercial applications or those looking to start off in the spray foam insulation business.
